I HATE GEMUK.....Lets jogging.......!!!

Like any other weekend, the first thing I do the minute I wake up early in the morning is to check the weather (since married, never sleep again after solat subuh coz ABE never do that....so I have to follow his habit ,but its OK...good for me also kan?). Hmm...Hopefully today is clear and sunny.....A great day for an outing!!!!!!!

Yes...Let's jogging ABE....but Fatin how,ha?Hmmm...bawak je la.....

Fatin merajuk....nak dukung..penat! Dapat gula2 terus baik..siap posing jadi model gula2 lagi...

I had just started the habit of jogging in the morning actually....SEBAB GEMUK DAH NI.....Normally ABE will jogging alone je..I have been doing it for around one month now.....hopefully it will be consistent as one of my WAJIB weekend activities....hari keje x sempat...exercise skit2 je dalam umah..tu pun susah...anak kacau...dia pun sibuk nak kayuh basikal tu.....


ha cana gemuk tak KAK LANG....baby tu lagi bulatkan?

.After packed our things, my ABE, Fatin and I drive headed out to Putrajaya. This is our new location of jogging, Presint 11....(Bukit di hadapan rumah adik iparku...). That place was very peaceful coz not many people there...very nice view...and so hijau!!!...Perviously we all jogging at Taman Puncak Jalil...best gak....but many people there..... These two places are nearby our house..less than 20km je........

I could see improvement in health especially I feel relaxed and comfortable now (not really la actually tapi sekadar menyedapkan hati ni...hihihi.......).

I like jogging but cant jog for long....penat...semputttt......Fatin and ABE..OK je..maintain!!

As usual, pity to ABE kena bawak beban lagi 15 kg sepanjang pendakian...takpe ye...

Jogging is all about discipline and it needs full commitment....YES...I CAN DO IT !!!!
