Normally after married sure your body weight will be increased (both:husband and wife). This can be either an increase in muscle mass, fat deposits, or excess fluids such as water.
Hopefully, it will be just like Meggie mi ...kembang yang x kembang sangat......
The bad thing when we 'kembang' is:
1) Hard to buy nice clothes...B'coz no size....the one that suit 2 ur body..hmm....x cantikkk!!!
2) When u see people after a LONG TIME NO SEE, they will always say.....wah...sihatnya u sekarang.....which is....it means.....in other words......gemukla kau la ni!!!!ambik!!!
Everyone knows the keys to losing weight: Eat less and exercise more.
Sounds simple enough, but in the context of real life and its demands...hmm...x taula.....
So, now, I WANT TO achieve my weight loss goals: There's 2 thing that currently I'm doing:
1.Dietary control (eat more fruits and vegetables) and exercise (twice a week).
2.Change my lifestyle (diet...diet...and diet...continuously..fuh..easy to say! never give up!!)
